This challenge is situated in south-west Flanders, at a well-known and international B2B company. The program for the implementation and/or upgrade to S4/Hana in all European locations has recently started. To make sure the best practices are implemented, and the system is optimally designed, we’re looking for an INTEGRATION MANAGER (M/F).
THE FUNCTION (MINIMUM 1 YEAR, FREELANCE OR TEMPORARY)
You are responsible for guarding the integration between processes & systems. You align the different business processes, avoiding process overlaps and gaps, reducing rework and manual interventions, making sure the end2end processes are fully in control.
You guarantee the integration between the different modules in SAP, in collaboration with the solution architect of the implementation partner. This will require you have a clear vision on what needs to be done, and good communication skills to get it done.
You make sure the different functional areas and departments are integrated, by guiding people and assisting them on their journey towards “cross domain awareness”. You look at the entire picture before diving into the details, and by doing so, you make the organisation ready for the ensuing organisational changes.
Given the level of the job, we want you to have a Master degree (preferably in finance or economics), and enough relevant experience in transformation projects. Business knowledge is a plus, but experience in managing a team is a must. Outstanding knowledge of processes is a prerequisite.
The job will require you to be strong in planning and implementing several projects. You should be analytical and process oriented. You maintain an open mind – and a sound judgment. You are capable to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation. You’re always looking for the best possible solution, in the best interest of the entire company. This will require you to work in teams, keep the motivation up, and be an ambassador for the change management involved.

Je beheert de Project Execution & Governance. Jij volgt de deadlines, deliverables, resources en timelines op, gedurende het gehele project. Je begeleidt de verschillende proces-eigenaars, beheert de status updates, identificeert risico’s en lost problemen op. Je hebt een helikopter-zicht op alle aspecten van het project, en zorgt op die manier voor transparantie en objectiviteit. Met open communicatie combineer je een doelgerichte houding met een voldoende flexibel aanpassingsvermogen om de planning on track, én realistisch te houden.
Jij speelt een cruciale rol bij het behalen van het gewenste doel – op tijd, in scope, binnen budget!
Je bent pragmatisch, en een goede communicator. Je wordt een spilfiguur in het team, dus verwachten we maturiteit en zelfstandigheid. Uiteraard heb je ervaring met het implementeren van SAP of S/Hana. Tot de essentiële tooling behoren Microsoft Excel (doorgedreven kennis), SharePoint en eventueel SAP. Je bent bedreven in project en change management, je bent een voorbeeld van organisatie en hebt goede coördinatie vaardigheden.

Voor de operationele uitwerking van de reorganisatie en centralisatie van de facilitaire diensten, zoeken we een facilitair manager, die dit veranderingsproces eigenhandig tot een goed einde kan brengen. Het betreft een belangrijke operatie, met grote impact voor tientallen locaties en méér dan 1000 betrokkenen.
De functie (freelance of tijdelijk contract, 6 maand)
Als verantwoordelijke voor deze belangrijke transitie, moet je de (verbeterde) facilitaire processen uitwerken en opzetten. Je moet concrete plannen -draaiboeken- opstellen om de veranderingen te implementeren op een gestructureerde manier. Je werkt de processen en procedures uit, en zorgt voor de voldoende documentatie ervan. Je definieert de vereiste rapporteringen, zowel om de dagdagelijkse interne werking op te volgen, als om de service contracten met externe leveranciers te monitoren.
Alsof het organiseren van de verhuis van één grote site niet voldoende is, zal je ook de dagdagelijkse operationele problemen oplossen, de personeelsplanning superviseren en meewerken aan de (interne) communicatiestrategie. We verwachten ook van jou dat je ondersteuning biedt bij het opstellen van de technische voorschriften van het onderhoud en van de wettelijke keuringen.
Een gedegen ervaring als facilitair manager in grote ondernemingen is een must, net als ervaring met het opzetten, uitrollen en het documenteren van facilitaire processen, de opvolgingssystemen en Service Level Agreements. Bij voorkeur heb je een technische scholing of achtergrond, gelinkt aan facilitaire processen. Deze uitdaging is voltijds, gebaseerd in Brussel, en in eerste instantie opgezet voor 6 maand.

SAP Service Delivery Manager / SAP Project Manager
Your mission
As project manager, you will be responsible for the Project set up: When a new opportunity is identified, you will need to start up the first contacts and define a proposal through an assessment
You will also manage Project & scope extensions: you will need to lead the transition and setup the new service of the SAP solution.
As SDM, you’re the final accountable for the end-to-end applicative and infrastructure service. You will need to:
manage the quality of your service;
initiate actions in order to improve continuously your service;
define and follow up Service Level Agreements (SLA);
define and manage the budget of the SAP application;
manage the purchasing of licenses and external service needed for your service of the application;
manage the overall solution of your SAP application, relying on the SAP functional Domain Leads you will have at your disposal;
ensure the availability of the application and the continuity of the support services;
coordinate the contribution of different service lines to the final service of the application (middleware, BI team, Datacenter,…)
be the entry point for all infrastructure matters of your application
Your profile
you have experience as SDM and/or as SAP Project manager
you have a good knowledge of functional analysis
you have experience as Functional Analyst with one of the SAP modules.
you have an experience in the management of a team and are familiar with ITIL processes
you can challenge your customers and vendors
knowledge of S4HANA and the SAP HANA capabilities is a benefit - not a must
You have good communication skills and you are customer oriented
you can work independently, and you are interested in developing new scopes
you are a team player and like to take initiatives
you are flexible and stress resilient
you have a university degree or equivalent through experience
you are fluent in English and you have a good operational knowledge of French and Dutch; practical knowledge of another language is an asset.
At times, travel might occur, with overnight stay for 2 to 3 days
