INTEGRATION MANAGER (M/F)

THE ENVIRONMENT

This challenge is situated in south-west Flanders, at a well-known and international B2B company. The program for the implementation and/or upgrade to S4/Hana in all European locations has recently started. To make sure the best practices are implemented, and the system is optimally designed, we’re looking for an INTEGRATION MANAGER (M/F).

THE FUNCTION (MINIMUM 1 YEAR, FREELANCE OR TEMPORARY)

You are responsible for guarding the integration between processes & systems. You align the different business processes, avoiding process overlaps and gaps, reducing rework and manual interventions, making sure the end2end processes are fully in control.

You guarantee the integration between the different modules in SAP, in collaboration with the solution architect of the implementation partner. This will require you have a clear vision on what needs to be done, and good communication skills to get it done.

You make sure the different functional areas and departments are integrated, by guiding people and assisting them on their journey towards “cross domain awareness”. You look at the entire picture before diving into the details, and by doing so, you make the organisation ready for the ensuing organisational changes.

Given the level of the job, we want you to have a Master degree (preferably in finance or economics), and enough relevant experience in transformation projects. Business knowledge is a plus, but experience in managing a team is a must. Outstanding knowledge of processes is a prerequisite.

The job will require you to be strong in planning and implementing several projects. You should be analytical and process oriented. You maintain an open mind – and a sound judgment. You are capable to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation. You’re always looking for the best possible solution, in the best interest of the entire company. This will require you to work in teams, keep the motivation up, and be an ambassador for the change management involved.

Language Qualification Requirements: Dutch, French and English.
